In reality this is often not the case. The Drum Cafe highlights teamwork by having  everyone participate in drumming.

More than simply working together, your employees will discover that they are all working together for the same shared goal.

Each person, no matter how small their part may be, has an important contribution to make to the whole, be it in The Drum Cafe event or with in your company.

We teach through non-verbal facilitation, the basics of using the drum, creating a very natural and non-threatening music orchestra. We give some short instruction on how to use the drum, followed by dovetailing in our very experienced performers with the “new” orchestra of delegates, which we have just created.

This is followed by numerous processes, all geared towards both raising the energy of the group, breaking the ice and making beautiful sounding music. We showcase our performers and we showcase random people from the crowd. The process ends with a build-up to a finale which is very cathartic and energizing and puts a smile on every face in the room.
